While following traditional education by educational institutions, there is a chasm between what students learn in school and what they need to succeed and adapt to changes in the real world. Students in this twenty-first century must emphasize developing their personal skills, as research from the World Economic Forum suggests that 65 percent of today’s students will fill jobs in the future that do not yet exist. Personal Skill Programs at ODM Sapphire Global School are designed to help students adapt to changes in their lives and improve their academic performance. Our expertly curated Personal Skill Program explores how one develops expertise over the course of his or her lifetime. Our personal skill sessions for students will provide them with an extra edge in competitive environments and play a vital role in defining students’ personalities.
ODM Sapphire Global School has partnered with Neelakantha Bhanu, the World's Fastest Human Calculator, to offer 25 sessions to every student in the school on how to become a faster calculator and problem solver. Students' critical thinking and performance in challenging academic subjects will both benefit from these classes.
All students at ODM Sapphire Global School, from Kindergarten through STD XII, will be required to take a robotics class as part of the school's efforts to promote innovation through applied science. Each year, every OSGS student would contribute to the creation of four to six robots. Everything necessary, from textbooks to classroom space to teachers, would be provided by our institution.
Optional and Add-on provision of Artificial Intelligence or Coding Course will be provided to the students, and the students will have the option of choosing it as well.
For higher-class students, we would be facilitating the provision of a Vocational Course in various skills, such as Photography, Data Processing, Agriculture, etc., to ensure that children, at an early age, learn valuable skills which they can use in future.
Every summer, the school will host a specialised series of Summer Training, which would be the first in Jharkhand. We would host training to teach students Self-Defence, Martial Arts, Driving, Cooking, etc.
